During our family camping trip to the South Shore on Lake Bastrop, I was able to sturdy myself to be able to stand up and paddle my homemade pirogue. I’ll be using this boat to do most of my fly fishing from.

Took my handmade pirogue and fished the Narrows on Lake Travis. No bites. No Fish. No Luck, means lots of video. Pictures and video were shot with a Panasonic LUMIX DMC-TS1

It is estimated that the max capacity of this pirogue will be between 575 and 600 lbs. Twice that of my Wilderness System’s Tarpon 160is.
